Dress up!

My JET interview is Thursday, so my sister-in-law and I spent the day playing dress up to try and find a good outfit for me to wear. Please take a look at what we came up with and vote for your favorite, over on my WordPress blog. Thanks!

I like the pink blazer and the gray skirt. (I'm minutes from rushing out to work, so I don't have time to figure out how to post my feedback there.)

I do not think my vote showed up on your other journal.

I like the black blazer with black flowery skirt- and pink shell. Red may be too vibrant. But all the outfits are lovely. Best wishes on the interview- may you do your best, and may everything work out.

I'm truly terrible at professional clothing (thankfully I haven't needed to wear it for a while), so I'm not voting. ^^; But good luck on Thursday! I hope it goes brilliantly!

I love that pink blazer, with either the pants or the skirt.

Best of luck on your interview! ♥

The more I look at them, the more I think that the black blazer with the pinstripe pants is the most conservative and "suit-like". According to the comments from the people who seem to know more about Japanese culture and this program, that one seems like the safest bet. Whether or not any of the others might be more flattering, it looks like subtlety is more important here. Plus, the pop of colour in the pinstripe still gives that hint of youth that you want to hold onto.

Yeah, that's the conclusion I'm leaning towards, myself. Although the teal has been very popular. It makes me wish I had a nice teal shell to wear under the black blazer instead of pink, but failing that, I do think Option 5 is the best bet.
